Depending on the species of termites, and I am assuming you are talking about Subterranean Termites, the treatment of any wall should be inside the wall around the point of entry.
Subterranean termites travel in mud shelter tubes and enter around plumbing lines, cracks, etc. By treating inside the wall, you are saturating the mud shelter tubes and also treating the wood where they may eventually or already be eating.
Termidor Foam is the best wall treatment. Inject it between the studs by drilling a small through the sheetrock about 6 inches up from the floor. Use an adequate amount of foam, usually about 15-20 seconds in between each wall stud. If the wall has insulation, then make the hole directly above the baseboard.
Spraying baseboards will do nothing for subterranean or drywood termites.
