The Gourmet Liquid Ant Bait has a citrus honey base and this is what can attract certain animals, usually raccoons, possums, etc. It's sweet and they could try to drink or eat it. Sometimes they just play with the KM Ant Pro Stations and knock them around.
There are a couple of things you can do to help stop this. #1, set a trap outdoors and try to capture the varmits that are doing this. #2, secure the stations to the ground. One of the easiest ways to do this, is to drill a small hole in the base of the station and then insert a piece of 3/8" rebar (steel) about 2 feet long through it. Make the rebar angle under the station, and then hammer it into the ground through the base of the station so that the station cannot be moved. 1 piece of rebar usually works, but in some cases, use 2 pieces.
Make 2 holes, 1 on each side of the base of the station and then hammer the rebar through the base on each side at angles so that the base cannot be moved. Basically you are making an X under the station and the base is not moveable. If this doesn't make sense, let me know and I will post a diagram of what it looks like.
Hope this helps. Ron
