This is a problem that is going to take some time to correct. Hide infesting moths and beetles are difficult to control because of all the life stages involved - eggs, larvae, pupae and adults. What you are seeing are the adult moths, but not the other stages. In most cases, eggs, larvae, pupae and adults make up about 95% of the infestation while the adults make up about 5%.
In order to control them in your situation, all skins need to be laid out and both sides sprayed with a contact aerosol such as Precor 2625 or Ultracide. These products will not damage the skins in most cases when applied correctly. That is a light spray to each side.
These products contain an adulticide that kills the adults and also contain an Insect Growth Regulator known as an IGR. The IGR will help to disrupt the growth and birthing cycles of the other stages. Application of these products needs to be repeated until all life forms have been eliminated. This is usually when you quit seeing adults for a period of around 30-45 days. Continue to make applications even when you quit seeing adults to be sure that they have been eliminated.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Hope this helps.
