All rodenticides must be placed in a tamper resistant station such as the EZ Clean. Here is the link - https://www.epestcontrol.com/pest-products/973-3871-ez-klean-station-kit-with-fastrac-blox.html
It is against EPA regulations to place the bait in the open outdoors. But if you did, it would probably last a couple weeks until it got wet and disintegrated.
