What are tiny round hard black poppy seed looking things from?

What are tiny round hard black poppy seed looking things from? We’re finding them only on a small bedroom rolling table that’s used for drinking alcohol & inside a cup that had leftover alka seltzer cold medicine in it. It’s happened twice in the last week. We have had gnats & fruit flies inside recently and I just saw a moth yesterday. The balls aren’t flat or odd shaped, only round, and they don’t crush. They literally look at like black seeds. But we don’t have any indoor plants. So I’m thinking pest excrement or eggs.

It only sounds like 1 thing to me. Drywood termite frass. The other possibilities are cockroach xxxx and mice xxxx . Get a magnifier and look at it up close. If its really rough and jagged edges, its probably xxxx of some kind.If its really smooth its mice xxxx . If it has concave edges and looks like a tiny football with indentions, 6 to be exact, its drywood termite fecal pellets.
