I am having bubbling on ceiling, not sure if I should open up the bubble. low set house, no leaks.
Known got termite problems and did a spot treatment but that was on the otherside of the house.

It's very difficult to say without seeing a picture. Generally, subterranean termites will embed mud into the areas they infest. If there is evidence of any dirt, mud or dark debris then it could be termites. If you have a picture, you can email it to me - customercare@epestsupply.com
