I wouldn't use a foam product for soil injection. Premise foam is a product that should be used to treat a wall void our ceiling directly where you see your termite activity. Now for treating soil you should only be drilling a cement slab MAKE SURE IT'S NOT POST TENSION. The hole size should be 3/8 or 1/2 inch and proper treatment should be 4 gallons for every 10 liner feet. If you need to trench any soil a pick should work right along your foundation and if any part of your home is below grade that area needs to be treated at the same rate 4 gallons every 10 feet for each foot of depth.
