Basically, any outdoor spray product such as Bifenthrin will kill Centipedes. Just be sure to totally saturate all cracks, and places within the wall where they can hide. I would recommend to spray the entire wall, and then inject under low pressure Bifen into all the cracks, crevices, etc, and then saturate any soil or grass around it
Centipedes typically like moist cool areas to live and breed. I would guess that they are probably living in the soil areas behind the brick or somewhere on the soil level, not actually living in the brick. You could also use a foam insecticide such as Premise foam or Alpine foam to inject the brick cracks, etc.
The main thing is to treat this area before you open and let it dry and make sure any odors are gone before you allow your customers into this area.
