Generally, any animal that is exposed to high levels of pesticides can exhibit "acute" poisoning symptoms immediately or within hours. These symptoms include diarreah, vomiting, being lazy or lethargic, foaming at the mouth, uncontrollable shaking, seizures, Etc.
There really is no time limit as some pesticides can last or linger for days or weeks.
If any animal or human has these symptoms after being exposed to a pesticide, they need immediate medical attention. Your local Poison Control center may also be able to provide information.
