If you are referring to the pheromone vial, it is inside the paper packet. Remove it and place inside the trap. The pheromone is what attracts the insects.

I am unsure if I remove the little plastic piece inside the trap in order for it to work??
Do I remove the little plastic piece inside the moth traps in order for it to work or does it stay there?
