It depends on the formulation of Cedar Oil. It also depends on the chemical label / directions. If the label directions allow for the Cedar Oil to be used in a misting system, then yes, it can be mixed. Typically, the Cedar Oil product needs to be a pesticide type product that is water based. Regular oil based Cedar Oil in a can won't mix with water and will clog up the spray nozzles.
