I see SAWDUST on my grill cover coming from the deck above. Deck is 10 yrs old -lumber are pressure treated wood.

I see lots of SAWDUST on top of my grill cover falling from my deck above. My new house came with new two level decks of pressure treated wood.

What treatment do you advise?

The treatment depends on what the sawdust is coming from. If it is from insects, it could be either Carpenter ants or wood boring beetles. These require 2 different treatments. Do you see any insects moving around such as ants? Can you find any holes in the wood above the grill where the sawdust may be coming from?
