I don't really recommend Talstar for BedBugs, but the dilution rate would be around 1 oz per gallon of water for the high rate. I highly recommend Crossfire for BedBugs as it kills the eggs. Talstar does not kill BedBug eggs. https://www.epestcontrol.com/pest-pro...
