There is no expiration date on pesticides.  There is a REL date (release date), this is also known as a date of manufacture.  Many times when we receive our products, even direct from the manufacturers, they can be several years old.  This is a common practice in the pesticide industry and there are lots of reasons.  But the main point is that pesticides never expire.  Most are good for 3-5 sometimes up to 8-10 years after the REL Date.  It just depends on what it is.  Cockroach gel baits should last up to 5 years after the REL Date if unopened
