It sounds like its something else. If you wash your clothes with soap and water, it will generally kill any insects on them. If you dry them in a hot dryer, it will kill most of them by heat alone. It could be an allergic reaction or static electricity.

If this is the case, then its the first time in 45 years someone has told me that Springtails were in the clothes. Even after drying in a hot dryer. Can you send me pictures or samples?
