My neighbor has had hundreds of crickets to feed his cameleon and justs turned them loose. What do we do about it

This neighbor is not a very smart or honest person and it is useless to ask him about the crickets!! We live in an apartment complex that consists of eight apartments where there is much beautifiul vegatation, including roses, shrubs, trees and many other expensive greenery. We do not want them ruined by the crickets. The owner lives in California and we live in UTAH, so there is no way to get him to solve the problem. What would you suggest that we do? Is there anyone we can contact and report the problem to?

Legally, if you live in an apartment complex, it is the apartment owner's or apartment manager's responsibility to take care of outdoor pests. The treatment needs to start outdoors. Either spraying the turf and plants with a contact insecticide such as Bifen, or applying a granular bait such as Larva Lur is recommended.

Indoors, either suck them up with a vacuum cleaner or use a trap such as the IPM Bug Trap. Just place the bug traps against the wall under furniture, etc. to capture them and dispose of them when full.
