Typically, the size of the hole must be large enough to allow chemical to pass through. In most cases this is the size of a dime or about 1/2". Mix the chemical in a bucket and pour it through a funnel inserted into the hole. The rate of application on holes drilled every 12" is about 1/2 gallon, or 4 gallons per 10 linear feet.
Termidor SC is the best product to use for subterranean termites. Mix it in a 4 gallon bucket at a rate of around 3.2 oz per 4 gallons of water. Then apply at the rate of 4 gallons per 10 linear feet.
