Weston Florida. How do I place the stations outside if they can't be under direct sunlight?

I have problems with ants entering the bathrooms in the house. My house is rectangular and there are only two small areas that have partial sunlight protection, not near the inside problem. How do I place the stations outside if it is impossible to avoid sunlight exposure?

Basically, you have to improvise. Place the KM Ant Pro Dispensers under a planter, trash can or something else turned upside down. It needs to be covered and to provide shelter so that the ants could have a place to feed.

You may have to cut holes in the container to do this. You can also stake the container to the ground with stakes, wire, etc.

The problem is that usually, ants don't feed in direct sunlight. They feed in shaded, moist areas. That is why we don't recommend to place them in direct sunlight.

I would recommend to go outside at night and see where the ants are trailing to. Most ants are fairly active around dusk. Just find the trail and follow it. That should hopefully lead to their food sources. Then place the Ant Pro near it.
