South Carolina is one of several states including New York, California, Massuchusetts, Alaska and others that have fairly restrictive laws on products that can be sold "retail" without a pesticide applicators license.
Mr. Jim Wright who was the director of the Clemson University Department of Pesticide Regulation for 29 years has done a great job of scaring all of us "non-South Carolina" pesticide distributors into not selling most professional quality pesticide products to anyone in SC without a pest control license.
This keeps the South Carolina pest control company owners happy. Jim is now (2013) the Executive Director of the South Carolina Pest Control Association.
We can always ship to an address outside your State.
