I seem to be having a problem with white legged ants dropping out of my vent in my bathroom

I seem to be having a problem with white legged ants dropping out of my vent in my bathroom. I have taken a sample of the ants in a zip lock bag to my local Bug Busters shop, and they identified them as white legged ants.

Today I purchased 2 Ant Pro stations with ant bait and placed them where I am seeing the ants climbing through cracks in my storm windows.

But the main issue is how do you get rid of these things once and for all out of my attic?

I have cut away everything that was remotely close to my house. We have a large Mango tree close to the house, Grapefruit, and Orange tree also on the side of the house.

The main point in using the Ant Pro system is to give the ants an alternative food source. Even though they are infesting the attic, they are normally feeding outdoors. Just give the system time to work. It will "draw" the ants out of the attic.

2 KM Ant Pros might not be enough. If you have a large ant infestation, then the usual recommendation is 4.

Be sure to keep any rotting fruit picked up, and the area clean. Some people use Sulphur around the base of their trees to repel ants and keep them off. Ground up moth balls also works.
