Using Termidor to help eliminate the existing ants on the roof and then using the KM Ant Pro System outdoors around the house to eliminate the other chain colonies / nests is the way to go. Most pest control companies don't want to use Ant Pro because it works. They also won't eliminate existing ant colonies because it eliminates the need for monthly spraying. This is how pest companies create reoccurring revenue.
Termidor foam can be injected into ant galleries and kickout holes. Termidor SC can be sprayed directly on areas where the ants are seen trailing. Spraying the gutters, eaves, facia, etc is not entirely allowed by the label, but treating these areas is necessary to kill the ants. Pest companies won't do this.
If you do this yourself, you'll get control. Continue using Ant Pro on the exterior even after the ants are gone to help intercept new invading ants colonies. We've been providing Ant Control with Ant Pro for over 22 years. Its used by thousands of homeowners Worldwide and it works.
Read all of the information on our site, the instructions, the placement strategies, etc. Its available on our KM Ant Pro page.
Hope this helps.
