How to get rid of rat urine smell outside

We live in the country and have had a problem with rats. The smell of rat urine among other things is horrible. I've tried just about everything to control the whole but unfortunately they return overtime. I have been consistent in dealing with this problem but I need help now. After removing the rats xxxx I thoroughly clean the entire area with bleach and water. In some areas where there's partial enclosure I use Fresh Cab Rodent Repellent after cleaning the area and its helped a little bit.
What do you recommend for eliminating rat urine odor? Is there a product that eliminates odor AND repels rats?

I wished we had a product that would completely eliminate the urine smell. But if the rats are a continual problem, and they continually urinate, there is no cure for this. Bleach some enzyme type products work the best. But again, unless the rats are completely removed, getting rid of the odor is highly unlikely.
