I don't know the cost per square foot, however you can treat an average size lawn with 3-4 gallons of solution. The cost per gallon of solution is around $1.00 is you mix 2 oz per gallon of water. So calculating $1.00 per gallon x 3-4 gallons, the solution cost is less than $5 bucks. Of course, if you mix it stronger, then the cost goes up.
