If the house has not been previously treated for subterranean termites, I highly recommend you do so. You mentioned using a non-repellent termiticide on the perimeter but didn't mention it indoors. Timbor is not the best at killing existing infestations indoors. It can be sprayed on wood with the same sprayer that a non-repellent was used in, however, that area if showing termite damage needs a thorough treatment with the non-repellent termiticide as well.
Timbor is OK for termite prevention in most cases and is also used for mold control. However, as I mentioned, it is not the best or what I would recommend for an existing subterranean termite infestation.
