I applied Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer on my lawn
Not concentrated, just regular from hose attachment to the spray bottle. The weatherman is rarely correct. I took a chance the Weathermen was correct in forecast. I followed the spray instructions and applied to moist/dew lawn at 2am. It's been five hours and now it's going to rain. Weathermen predicts sun may come out around 2pm. Weatherman predicts full sun the rest of the week. Will this still work, or will I find myself applying it again? If yes, how many days do I need to wait before next application?
Note, I used on tall grass. Laid some fresh sod which has taken root, so I have not mowed lawn for 2 weeks, watered nightly

The only way to know if the treatment was successful is to give it a few days and see if it works. Depending on what you are trying to kill, treatment may require several applications. Outdoor treatments are always at the mercy of the weather. Watering nightly will also weaken the pesticide.
