The only pesticide product that will penetrate insulation is a gas called "Vikane". Vikane will penetrate everything in the house and kill the termites. It also has to be applied through a structural fumigation and a licensed Fumigator. This is not something you can do yourself. Its very dangerous.
The only other product recommended for direct wood treatment are

Termidor - Termidor SC 78 oz (epestcontrol.com)
These products will penetrate wood to a degree, but may not kill existing drywood termite colonies. They do a good job of preventing termites, but killing an established colony may require fumigation.
