I have never seen a 5 inch port cover for cement. The 3 inch cover is all that is available. The port cover concept was developed by the City of New Orleans for installation of Sentricon stations along the sidewalks of the French Quarter. Just thought you might like to know.

If I run across anything larger than the 3 inch, I will let you know.
