Method and Products to kill subterrean termites under my 1100 sq ft Southern California house

Which product and how much do I use to treat underneath my 1100 sq ft house.

Do I kill the termites than preventatively treat the wood

Subterranean termites require a soil treatment to effectively kill. Depending on how the house is constructed - you mention under the house - is it a pier and beam? is there a crawl space or is it a slab foundation?
