The "tubes under the slab" system for subterranean termites is proprietary and unless you have the fittings and a hydraulic sprayer in which to apply the chemical, forget it.
You will be better off trenching the exterior and applying Termidor. Then foaming the utility pipe voids with Termidor Foam. This application should give you 15 years of control.
The Tubes Under The Slab system was developed in the mid 1990's before Termidor and when most of the chemicals at that time only lasted a few short years. The idea was to be able to continually apply chemical under the slab.
My honest opinion is that this system leads to an "over application" of pesticides which in most cases are not necessary.
