Treating for mites on horses is far outside the range of our scope of service. However, we do have a couple of products that could act as a good treatment.
1) Riptide Concentrate. This product is natural pyrethrum with PBO. It can be diluted in a sprayer and the horse can be saturated with it.
2) Vector Ban Plus. Also a concentrate, this product contains permethrin (synthetic pyrethrum) and can also be diluted and sprayed.
Most mite problems on horses are the result of a more serious condition, and I highly recommend that you contact your local veterinarian for advice and treatment. In severe cases of dermatitus or scabies, Ivermectin injections are the only suitable cure. This is something that you cannot do yourself. You will need an expert to diagnose and offer the appropriate treatment.
