Unfortunately, if you have trapped them, and then relocated them far enough away, or killed them and they keep coming back, then that's because mother nature is calling. Not much you can do to control mother nature.
However, if there is a way to permanently "build them out", by using cement cinder blocks, concrete, etc. and make where they cannot get to it, then that is the best option.
You can also use a very strong hardware type mesh material or even cement reinforcement metal such as "rebar" etc, and either dig it out and plant it a couple of feet deep around the porch or drive the rebar down into it with a sledge hammer.
Sorry, there are no easy fixes for this. You basically have to make your home a fortress against them, and even then, you may still have to trap them now and them.
