in florida we are being swarmed by love bugs. they're the little bugs that fly in pairs while mating. help!

really. the love bugs swarm in and around the month of september and this year is the worse i ever seen them. our front door is 30 to 40% covered with them. they fly out every morning and swarm all day making it impossible to open the door without dozens of them entering the house. we've tried several bug sprays but none work for more then ten minutes or so. daniel a. gettemy

Mosquito Barrier and/or Essentria IC3 are the only products I would recommend to spray around the door, the porch, even the yard. Keeping lights off at night will help to not attract them.

Other than that, it's almost impossible to control Love Bugs. They are a natural occurrence. A show of mother nature. You can't control Mother Nature. You might be able to repel them some with the above products.
