The Drywood Termite Spot treat kit is designed to be a spot application in areas where you know the termites are active and you can physically see kick out holes, frass, etc.
Basically, you have to locate the kick-out holes and drill a small hole into them with a small drill bit. This is done to penetrate the termite galleries. This is where the termite colony resides.
The Invader HPX is then injected into these drill holes and hopefully penetrates into the galleries where the termites are located.
The Timbor dust is used to dust ceilings, attics, walls, eaves and other places where termites are located or can travel.
The complexity of doing this is fairly high. But it can be done. This is not a 5 minute fix for Drywood Termites. But if you do everything as complete as possible, it can save you the cost of a tent fumigation. If it doesn't work? Then the only option at that point is to tent fumigate your home with Vikane.
This is something you cannot do yourself. A licensed pro can only do this. So if you want to attempt to do something yourself, the Drywood termite spot treat kit is the only option.
