Seal the cracks to start with. Copper wool, caulking, etc but seal the cracks they are using to enter.
Then you can use some of the fly bait enclosures such as

Do not locate the stations on your cabin. I like to locate them on my trees about 4 feet off of the ground. The closest one I have to my home is about 30' and I have good luck with them.
Be sure to get rid of any other food sources you may be providing so the bait is more enticing to them. Garbage, animal droppings etc should be taken care of quickly.
With the bear situation that you may be dealing with, I would probably skip the bag style fly traps as the stench could possible bring bear to your cabin. I am not for sure on this fact though so it is just a hunch.
