Demand CS has a very long residual - up to 200 days in some cases. It really depends on what pest you are treating for.
My preference, regardless of what pest is involved, it to make an application at least 1 time every 90 days. This gives you a chemical barrier that should be ongoing and not only kill existing insects, but help to kill and prevent new invaders.
