I need a plan to get rid of bird mites
Dear Mr Dawson,
I was diagnosed with Dermanysus gallinae by vetdna.com. DNA tests. I can't get rid of these bird mites but I have tried everything. Please advise. Carpets have been removed from the house, though it is still in my car and RV. The mites are still in my house car and RV .
I have used Nylar but is a commercial spray for bed bugs. Didn't work too well. The original Hot Shot strips with DiChlorvinphos worked excellently then Hot Shot changed the base so it basically was funeless and ineffective. That was about 2020. But the original Hot Shot could make you very sick despite only being in the car for 30 minutes.
I have cats and birds so I am limited to what I can use.
Please advise.
