Unfortunately, if it sits in a hot delivery truck for an extended period of time, it could get so hot it melts. The best thing I can recommend is to try to buy it from a local DIY shop. If that is not possible, then order and have it shipped when the temps are not so hot. The bait will last 1-2 years in a sealed package.
