Rotating rodent baits usually isn't necessary as long as the rodents are feeding continously. The only advantage to using Final is the faster knockdown ratio. As long as the rodents are feeding continously, I always recommend using the cheaper bait. JT Eaton is a good choice for maintenance use and continual baiting. If you need faster knockdown and don't mind paying more money, then Final is a good choice.
