I am not sure why you would want to spray vinegar on top of Nyguard Plus. If you want to apply Nyguard and Vinegar just mix them together. The two will not effect each other. However, be advised that Vinegar on white mattresses, sofa's furniture, etc could cause staining. It is acidic, usually brown and will cause issues with certain fabrics.
