Pcosids are the result of too much moisture and humidity. If they are in your refridgerator, I recommend to remove all of the food and wipe it out with bleach and water. Be sure to wipe down the outside doorseal too. This will help to remove and kill any fungus that could be growing due to the moisture. Also, wipe down all food items and if you find the psocids on the food it is best to toss it in the trash. As a last resort if none of this works, the refridgerator will have to be unplugged and allow to completely dry out. Leave the doors open until there is no visible moisture or odors. This is a last resort, but often is the only way to get rid of them.
CB80 will kill them on contact. It can be sprayed directly on them, but do not spray directly on food.
