old house with spiders in the walls. safe way to kill them?

I have an old house. In a few areas like the bathroom and kitchen, I'll see a lot of spider webs and I'll occasionally have to kill some when I see them. I tried plugging up little crevices near the drain etc using steel wool.

Is there a way to slowly get rid of them? I thought about using a foggers but don't like the idea of that stuff settling on surfaces even if I cover everything up .

Spiders are controlled by spraying the outside of the home, foundation, eaves, etc with a pesticide such as Bifen I/T. Mix Bifen at 1 oz per gallon of water and spray / treat the entire perimeter of the home. Treatment of shrubs and vegetation close to the home is also necessary. Indoors, apply Bifen I/T behind furniture, corners of rooms, along baseboards, etc. Removing spider webs before treatment is highly recommended. Using glue traps indoors such as the Catchmaster 72MB under and behind furniture will capture them and help to reduce the population. Glue Boards are also useful after treatment to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment.

Yes Bifen I/T will also kill ants, cockroaches, etc. Its a good general-purpose insecticide with little to no odor.

Thanks for the answer. Is this chemical good for ants as well? I plan on getting those ant bait stations but also want to spray something around the perimeter to stop any wondering ants.
