I am not sure what you are referring to. Shatter is the original "RECRUIT" termite bait sold by Dow Agrosciences in the early 2000's. This is what they will allow to be sold retail without a Sentricon License Agreement. If you are referring to the new "ALWAYS ACTIVE" termite bait, it is not available for retail sale.
