What are they made of? Are they reusable after cleaning (fresh application of powder, I presume)?

Climb-ups are made of a hard polymer plastic material. They are coated with talcum powder to prevent bed bugs from climbing up the face of them. Climb-ups can easily be washed with soap and water, and talcum powder reapplied. They can be reused indefinitely.
