That could be a tough one. I have never heard of Brown Recluse Spiders living in a car, but I guess it is possible. Usually the heat and a hot car will kill them. How long have they been living in the car and where do you live?

It's not recommended to spray most chemicals onto or over electronic circuits, switches, etc, so spraying anything up into the dash is not recommended. Setting a fogger off inside the cab area could work, but the fog may not permeate up into the dash area
Here is what I would try first. Get some ePest IPM Glue traps, and set them on the floorboard at night or during non active hours and see if you catch any. Spiders will roam looking for food and there is a good chance you could capture some, which would let you know if you have an actual infestation.
The other "possibity" is to set the traps in the floor and then turn on the heater and let the cab warm up as hot as possible to see if that will get the spiders moving.
If you capture some recluse spiders, then you know you have a problem and it will require more "thinking" as how to control them. If you don't capture any or see any evidence, that doesn't mean that they aren't there, it just means that it may not be as much of a problem.
Either way, you need to determine if there are indeed spiders, and if they are indeed recluse.
Spraying anything or sticking your hand or face up under the dash is not recommended.
Let me know if this makes sense.
