Profoam is not a termite killer. You will need to use a termite chemical in combination with the Profoam. It usually mixes at 2-4 oz per gallon of mixed chemical. So if you have a gallon of Termidor mixed up, then mix in 2-4 oz of Profoam if you want to foam it. You will also need a foam applicator such as the Solo Foamer.
The amount of foam depends on how many stud voids you want to foam. The usual rate is to apply 2-3 gallons of foam between each stud near the sill plate. It depends on how far apart the studs are.
A good rule of thumb is to measure up 6 inches, drill a small hole, and then measure up about 2 inches above that and drill another hole. Apply the foam mixture to the first hole and when the foam reaches the higher hole, then that is enough. Just do that for the first couple of holes, time it, and then just drill single holes for the rest of the wall.
Hope this makes sense.
