We can ship to New York and you can pick it up and carry it across in you car, but we cannot ship direct to Canada. This is due to Health Canada Regulations on pesticide registrations. This product is not registered in Canada and therefore illegal for direct import. It can be purchased in small quantities and carried across the border.
