The best answer is you can't. Dust mites are part of dusty accumulations and a natural part of the environment.
Most services that offer dust mite removal or control are a complete scam.
So unless the dust mites are causing a severe problem and the population is causing severe distress, I would not recommend to do anything except clean the air intakes thoroughly (vacuum with shop vac) and then make sure that they filters are clean.
You could spray Sterifab into the vents, but it won't kill all of them, only the ones that it contacts. You can also fog it into the AC ducts with a pro type fogger such as the Hurricane fogger.
Don't distress yourself trying to get rid of all of them, because honestly you can't.
