The basic products that Orkin uses and most pest control companies use is Demand CS inside and also probably outside. They may also use a granular product outside which is usually Bifenthrin. Each office is different, and the ultimate call as to what is used is up to the Manager.
If you get an old invoice, it should specifically state what was used, how much and at what concentration. This would help a lot.
