That would be a difficult task, since Termidor is water based and gravity will pull it down. It also depends on how much you apply. Any holes you drill from the underside such as through a ceiling will allow the Termidor to leak out.
Typically, when you are treating through any roof, holes must be drilled from the top of the roof and a "foam" applied into the voids. Termidor can be mixed with a Foaming Agent such as Pro Foam Platinum and then applied with a Solo Foaming Sprayer.
Termidor Foam is for small spot treatments or areas where you don't need much foam.
If you decide to drill through the roof, be sure to talk to a good roofer who can patch your drill holes.
