small bugs can't reallt see with your eyes what are they and how to kill them?

there are small bugs coming from somewhere in our house they been bitting everyone but you can only see the bit marks on one person in the house because she has secitive skin and she says something is biting her and there really small everyone thught she was crazy but recently i have seen them and i'm not sure what they are and was wondering how to kill them they been sucking blood and there very tiny and can't be seen really well on skin.please help

We get calls like this all of the time. Usually, when you are dealing with a bug you can't see, AND if you are getting bites that leave bumps, there is a problem.

Mites and springtails and the most common indoor pest that people complain of that you can't see.

I need to know which one it is before I can give you specific treatment ideas.
